The booking of your hotel needs to be confirmed under your name in order for me to be able to check with the hotel. Other addresses need to be verifiable.

I will confirm by email the day before of our scheduled rendezvous. As well as call 2 hours before the appointed meeting time. I’m very professional in regards to scheduling and confirmation as I would not want either of us to miss out on a great time.
